I'm a Virtual Practice Manager with a passion for helping independent healthcare professionals run calm, compliant, and well-organised practices.
Originally from South Africa, I moved to the UK to pursue further studies and explore my love of travel. My career began in the corporate world at Morgan Stanley, but I found my true calling in healthcare. Starting out as a dental nurse in Epping, I worked my way through various roles from treatment coordinator in Canary Wharf to practice manager in North London.
One of my proudest milestones was guiding the team through one of the very first CQC inspections in dentistry a challenge at the time, but an achievement that shaped my understanding of what true practice compliance and leadership looks like.
With a Diploma in Business Management and an ILM qualification in Leadership and Practice Management, I combine structured training with hands-on experience to offer reliable, proactive support. Whether it's managing the diary, sorting out supplier quotes, or ensuring you're inspection ready I’m here to take the operational load off your shoulders.
I now run my own practice support business, working with professionals who want less stress and more time to focus on delivering great care. When I’m not supporting practices, I’m enjoying life with my three wonderful boys and our Labrador, Lottie.
